Dan Nordstrom

 

Dan is currently following his career plan and is attending the Las Vegas Police Academy in order to be a Police Officer with North Las Vegas Police Dapartment.  During his time at the academy, and while completing his FTEP, Dan will not be actively teaching, but will be available as an instructor resource for Northwest Survival Skills, LLC. 

 

Prior to his leaving for the Las Vegas area, Dan was a  Deputy with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.  He was a member of the Corrections Emergency Response Team (CERT), and Instructor with over 30 instructor and/or Master Instructor certifications (primarily in officer survival skills).   Dan was also an instructor for the State of Oregon’s Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST).
